  • If your order is cancelled after payment, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Delays

  • We deliver across the UAE and offer international shipping where applicable.
  • Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates only.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to:

    • Customs or clearance processes
    • Courier delays
    • Force majeure events
  • Once products are handed over to the courier, responsibility for transit lies with the logistics provider.
